O Yeah! — a maker's songs about the shop, the beach, and staying curious.
About Glenda
Golden Boy began as a poem. Glenda's friend Molly wrote it for a small room in Glenda's house, a half-bath built around a giant gold octopus, and Glenda carried it to Mi. to be sung. Molly called the piece “a love story… kind of,” and that hedge is the whole truth of it: tender and absurd in the same breath. Mi. set it to music as a duo, two voices passing the story back and forth across a smoke-filled room.
