Whatever gets your attention gets your water — and whatever you water is what grows. Eight songs about where the water actually goes.
What “What You Feed” is
What You Feed is an album built from real coaching calls — the Warriors Way phalanx, where Rick (Codename: Curse Breaker) works with his men daily — and every song traces to sentences someone actually said. The thesis is one law heard eight ways: attention is currency, and whatever you feed grows. The album walks it like a journey: the 2 a.m. doomscroll that feeds you nothing (A Bowl of Sugar), the algorithm singing her own con (Whatever Has Your Attention Has Control), giving corrupted into a harvest (The Duncan Post), the challenge to fight for your own name (The Dog in You, Blind Appraisals, Five Grand for a Kidney), a testimony of breaking the cycle (Beat Him to the Line) — and it lands on clean giving, already full (Opened the Present). Nothing invented, everything remembered. Listen free on Mi.

The album, front to back
Eight tracks, one law, walked as an arc. Side one names the leak: the sugar-meal scroll, the seductress algorithm, the giver who harvested his own brother. Side two turns the water home: the mirror test, the label audit, the kidney question, the testimony — and the closer flips the whole ledger, a father filled by watching his kid open a present. Give to give sits at one end; give to get at the other; your attention decides which man you become. The sound refuses one genre on purpose — whisper-choral, torch-blues, menace-rap, big-band swing, dream-ballad, string-quintet testimony, warm Americana — because the law holds in every register.
The law, in Rick's words
“Whatever has your attention will grow.” — Rick
“You feel like you just had an entire meal of eating a bowl of sugar.” — Rick
“Now you have to feel like you're worth that, too.” — Rick
“Give to give. I just gave because I want to help you.” — Rick
About Rick (Curse Breaker)
Rick: Codename: Curse Breaker breaks generational curses out loud. The Warriors Way phalanx calls are daily — men doing the work on attention, self-worth, giving, and the cycles they refuse to pass on. This album is what those calls sound like when the raw talk becomes raw material: one lesson can hold seven songs, and one law holds them all.
